Any natural health remedes to increase repair of meniscal cartilage and knee ligaments?
Not looking for rehabilitation exercises or modalities.
Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM are the three most popular and common ingredients for joint health that help with cartilage and ligaments.
If you're looking for more than that to help support the rest of the joint tissues, you could also try Microlactin, Hyaluronic Acid, Tart Cherry Extract, Litozin (Danish Rose Hips), and Avovida (a combination of avocado and soy).
The only thing to watch out for is allergies… the Microlactin is from milk and the Glucosamin is typically from Shellfish (those are the most common allergens).
