Common Ways to Prevent Hot Flashes

The amount of vitamin B, vitamin C, magnesium and potassium are some of the nutrients that are declining because of hot flashes. That’s why it is helpful to increase and maintain the amount of these nutrients in our body.

Hot flashes can be triggered by spicy foods, hot and alcoholic drinks, white sugar, stress, hot weather and hot tubs, saunas, marijuana, tobacco and anger, particularly when unexpressed.
